Client survey results 2020
In December 2020 we undertook a client satisfaction survey and we are delighted to have scored highly across several key areas including quality of work and communication.
Delivering outstanding client service is at the heart of everything we do, which is why our survey and its findings are of great importance to us. Feedback from our clients helps us to continuously improve and strive to be the best we can be.
