We’re Professional Adviser Award winners!
Carpenter Box Financial Advisers are delighted to announce we have won the category of ‘Best Adviser for Vulnerable Client Care’ at the 2022 Professional Adviser Awards.
This award recognises advisers who have provided the best care for their vulnerable clients during the Coronavirus crisis. This accolade recognises Carpenter Box Financial Advisers as advisers who have gone above and beyond to ensure our clients felt financially secure and confident. The Professional Adviser Awards judging panel recognised the extra efforts that ensured particularly vulnerable clients were well-looked after and remained financially comfortable.
Head of Carpenter Box Financial Advisers Roy Thompson had this to say on the award:
“It is really great news for Carpenter Box Financial Advisers. Over the last few years, we have built up a great team. A lot of work has gone into our process’ to assist our clients, notably those who may see dealing with finances as challenging for one reason or another. Those that are vulnerable have the potential to be significantly disadvantaged in the financial service industry. So it’s extremely rewarding to be recognised for the ethos we use for clients who fall into this category.”
Senior Financial Planning Manager Gill Lynes, who featured in the awards submission, adds:
“I’m delighted with this award. It’s great to be recognised for the work the team does as a whole to assist our clients. In particular, those individuals who may be in vulnerable circumstances. I believe that we’ve made some significant strides in recent years to improve our knowledge and understanding of how we can support our vulnerable clients.”
