Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts Event

Coole Bevis LLP and Carpenter Box Financial Advisers will be discussing the important issues you need to consider so that you can ensure your affairs are in order during your lifetime. This will include considering the legal issues that may impact on the “sandwich generation” who are caring for ageing parents as well as their own children.  You will also have the chance to ask questions.

Estate Planning: An overview of your assets and personal circumstances.  Have you done everything you can and put the legal documentation in place to give you peace of mind? Can you do anything during your lifetime to minimise tax on your death?

Wills:  What would happen to your estate and loved ones if you were to die? Do you have Wills in place? If so, when did you last look at them? Are they up to date and as tax efficient as you think? 

LPAs: The significance of having the correct documents in place in the event you are no longer able to live independently.
